Weaknesses: You tend to stay in the background rather than taking a leading role. You don’t ask for the money and avoid money conversations with your clients to your bank accounts detriment.
1. More visible as you are fully capable of being center-stage and will be darn good at it!
2. Get you more comfortable asking for the sale and discussing the financial part of your business.
Biggest Fear. Fear of success. What if you got out there and really did well? The what if’s of success are more scary than the fear of failure.
Talent: Your desire to please and serve will make you a hit with your clients. You care more than many and you have the ability to make people feel comfortable around you.
